"On voit tout de suite que Thomas adore les animaux et se sent à l'aise avec eux. Sunny était dans de bonnes mains. Thomas a clairement à coeur de vraiment faire tout ce que nous lui demandons pour bien prendre soin de notre animal et respecter sa routine pour ne pas le perturber. "Nele heeft tijdens onze zomervakantie op onze schuwe kat Jimmy gepast. Ik was wat nerveus omdat ik nog nooit met een catsitter had gewerkt, maar Nele heeft al onze twijfels weggenomen! Ze was heel lief met onze kat, en deed echt haar best om hem op zijn gemak te stellen. De communicatie was ook zeer snel en duidelijk. Ik zou Nele aan alleman aanraden, tip top catsitter!"

"Milo is een heel sociale binnenkat, wat het contact met de oppas natuurlijk een stuk gemakkelijker maakt (in vergelijking met een asociale buitenkat). Een dier voelt uiteraard aan of de oppas zijn taak vervult met veel inzet en interesse.
Anderzijds is Milo een asielkat, een dier dat een verleden met zich meedraagt dat niet altijd rozengeur en maneschijn geweest is
Uiteraard was hij dolgelukkig ons weer te zien, maar we zagen eveneens een kater die ondanks onze afwezigheid een gelukkige tijd heeft doorgebracht. De foto's zijn daar het ultieme bewijs van, meer nog dan woorden.
Of we opnieuw een beroep zouden doen op Birgit bij een volgende vakantie? Natuurlijk, zonder enige twijfel. Trouwens, we hebben de vraag reeds gesteld in verband met een tripje tijdens een verlengd weekend in september ..."

"Our cat Wendy is very dear to us, therefore we value a lot the work of people who really are invested in the often tricky job of taking care of a pet that was left at home during vacation time. As expats, we move often, and every time we need to be looking for new catsitters. Fortunately, in Brussels we were lucky to meet Stéphanie through Pawshake, and she really did a great job, always responding promptly, showing interest and acting on our concerns regarding Wendy's health, who is an ageing cat, and also misses us a lot when we are not around. "We went away from the Christmas holiday and Emma take care of our cat - Gomez - for about 2-weeks. We had never used Pawshake, yet were lucky to find Emma. From the beginning, we felt we could trust her and we handed her our house keys during the first visit. Emma was quick to respond to messages, responsible, and she take very good care of our Gomez. "Mieke came for the 2nd time and our 1st impression was confirmed: she is very committed to the animals she takes care for and takes valuable initiative. It is very clear that she loves animals, senses their reactions and judges them well. One of our 2 cats is a problem cat and Mieke responds very understandingly to her.

"Nathalie was very communicative, informed me in advance about the time she would catsit each day, and would send me pictures and videos of my cat and everything else that was relevant, and even video call me. She noticed that my cat was not feeling well, kept me up to date with the development of his state, took an appointment with the vet and would have taken my cat to the vet if I hadn't cut my trip short and arrived earlier. For all this I'm very grateful and I highly recommend her. "

"Estelle is amazing! One of a kind! Our cat Flint who is generally afraid of strangers immediately bonded with her.
