Hi friends !! ☀️ 

👫🏻 We are Alexandra & Jeroen, a Belgian-Spanish couple living in Erpe-Mere with our sweet pups Romy and Jackson 🐶 

🏡 Our home is very spacious with a large and fully fenced garden, located in a calm and green neighbourhood which allows us to go for nice walks close-by. The doggies "own" the downstairs area of the house, where they have straight access to the garden 🌳  

🐻 Our lovely Romy is 9 years old, and she's a true teddy bear! She is quite chill and laid back and loves the simple things: to be with us wherever we are, to go outside (regardless the weather!! ☀️⛈️🌤️), and more than anything, she loves her naps (maybe more than food...?!?! hmm nop, just kidding!!! 🤣).  

🐺 Our sweet Jackson is a 6 month old puppy (mix Australian Shepherd & Border Collie) and we couldn't have wished for a better addition to our family. He's smart, playful and gentle, and is learning all things really quickly! He loves everyone: people, dogs, cats, chickens, horses..!!! 🥰 

🌺 We decided to start dogsitting via Pawshake because we absolutely LOVE dogs, and to give our own pups the opportunity to directly interact with other furry friends in the safe environment of our home where they are always supervised. 

🦮 We understand that each pet has its own personality, needs, background, etc, and their wellbeing, happiness and security are our top priorities. We've had pets our whole lives and we love animals very very much, we are caring and responsible people and your best friend will be in heaven with us 😇. 

📸 We provide regular updates via message and include photos or videos at your request, so you can be at ease knowing your best friend is well cared for! 🙌🏻 

🤝 We always arrange a meet-up before accepting any bookings, as we want to ensure that our pups and your best friend are a good match! We also want to get to know you and hear everything about your dog and about your expectations during their stay with us. We expect you to be honest about anything related to your dog (overall behaviour, good/bad habits, etc). 

❗️Couple things to take into account for the meet-up/first visit:
- Please do not bring children to the visit as we want to make the first encounter about the dogs, and make sure they are comfortable with each other.
- Please come with a maximum of 2 adults to the visit as the dogs might get anxious or distracted from each other with a large number of people around, which is not the goal of the initial meet-up. In the end, they will be the ones spending time with us and with each other ❤️ 

✅ Note that we often accept more than one furry friend booking at the time, but ONLY if we estimate that all doggos can get along (especially if we already know them, as luckily we have a lot of recurring guests! 🥰). 

🕰️ It is also possible that your pick up time and someone else's drop off time overlap, meaning that your doggy might meet another furry friend for a little while in here while waiting for you 🐾 

🚗 We are generally flexible with your drop off/pick up times (within the reasonable). If needed, we can discuss for us to pick up and/or drop off your pet (fee to be agreed depending on distance/timing).
