Hello !

I have always loved cats and dogs, and have now a lot of experience as a pet-sitter. That's why I would love to take care of your pet during your holidays. It would also be a pleasure to walk your dog in the nature. I am very sporty and I enjoy walking in the forest or the parcs during several hours.

I also have taken a detailed course in doggrooming and I have all the material needed for bathing, nail clipping, cleaning of ears, brushing, paw trimming, hair cut with clipper machine, etc. . This means that I can offer to do all of this while your dogs stays with me, and he/she will then be looking all perfect when you are back !  

I speak French, Spanish and English fluently, and also a bit of Dutch. I am of Danish nationality (skriv gerne til mig pa svensk eller norsk), 42 years old. Being a vegetarian, I am against the exploitation of animals in industrial agriculture and I have a great interest in this topic at a European level. I have been working with this topic for many years in the European Parliament, but at the moment I am no longer working so I can dedicate all of my day to your pet ! 

I live at Place Flagey in Ixelles close to parcs and the forest. I do not have children, and no other animals at home. I can be very flexible and if you chose the option house-sit I will come to live in your home while you are away on holidays, like this your dog or cat does not have to go away from its usual environment and will not be stressed.

I can provide you with many more recommendations of petsitting than you see here, if you wish, because I have often been petsitting in Brussels and many other countries, just not through this website. My calendar is up to date and I am available on the dates indicated there. I will adapt to the dog's usual daily rythm and the walks will be of the duration you indicate to me. The option of house-sitting where I live in your home is however the best option, to my experience, as your pet will then spend much less time alone than if a dog-walker just comes to do the walks and leave again.

In my home, your dog will be allowed to sleep on my couch or even in my bed, if you accept. I am very open and do not impose strict rules to the dog. Your dog will be treated as if he/she was my own.

No very big and energetic dogs please, as I am not used to handling them and am myself very small !
