Hi! I’m Imbisaat but you can call me Bia, an animal lover who shares my home with two wonderfully distinct cats: Beyonce and Jay Z. True to their names, they each have vibrant personalities, Beyonce is our confident, social diva who loves attention, while Jay Z is calm, quiet, and supportive, creating the perfect balance in our household. Their very different sizes, one almost as big as a small dog, have taught me how to handle pets of all shapes and sizes safely and confidently.

Animals have been a cherished part of my life since childhood. Growing up, our home was filled with pets, including a Labrador and two cats, and we often cared for neighborhood cats in our garden. I’ve also helped friends and neighbors with real pet sittings, including dog walking, feeding routines, playtime, and home visits. My cousin also has a Maltese and I often take care of him and take him on walks when she's out of the country for work. This experience gave me strong practical skills in everyday pet care:

• Feeding: I follow each pet’s dietary instructions exactly, including portion size, timing, and special dietary requirements. I’m punctual and consistent with meals for both cats and dogs.

• Exercise and Walks: I take dogs on walks tailored to their energy and size. My usual schedule is 8 AM and 5 PM, but I always follow the owner’s preferred timing and routes. I’m comfortable walking dogs of different sizes and energy levels, from small and shy to large and energetic.

• Litter and Hygiene Care: I regularly clean litter boxes and monitor cats’ hygiene. For dogs, I manage cleaning up after walks and keep feeding and play areas tidy.

• Behavior Observation: I pay close attention to mood, health, and energy. I can identify signs of stress, discomfort, or illness early and respond appropriately.

• Handling Different Personalities: Shy or nervous pets get gentle, patient encouragement; energetic pets get engaging play and exercise; cuddly pets get lap time and comfort. I adapt my approach to each pet’s unique personality.

• Safety: I only accept vaccinated pets to ensure everyone stays healthy. I manage interactions carefully when pets are in my home to avoid stress or conflict.

During a typical visit or walk, I don’t just complete the basics, I spend quality time with your pet to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. This includes playtime, companionship, and making sure they are relaxed before I leave. I aim to keep their routine as close as possible to what they are used to.

I also stay calm and practical in unexpected situations. If a pet shows unusual behavior, seems unwell, or something unexpected happens during a walk or visit, I respond responsibly and contact the owner right away if needed.

I truly value my clients because I understand that you are trusting me with someone you love. That trust means everything to me, and I treat every pet with the same care, patience, and attention I give my own. I prioritize communication and provide regular updates, photos, and detailed notes so you can feel at ease knowing your pet is safe and happy. For weekend stays at my home, I can send frequent, even hourly, updates if preferred. For overnight care, I prefer staying at the owner’s home so my cats and your pets remain in comfortable, separate spaces.
