Hello! I’m an animal lover who has recently moved to Belgium for work. I’ve had a little dog in Spain for 12 years and have kept many pets over the years, from budgies and goldfinches to guinea pigs, rabbits and frogs; my grandparents have also had a kitten for 20 years, which is getting a bit old now. 

I love outdoor sports, nature, spending time with my friends and family, reading and painting. I studied biotechnology and now work as a QA Release Specialist at a company that develops cell therapies to treat multiple myeloma. I work shifts: I work for four days and then have four days off, which gives me plenty of free time and days off, and I live with my partner here in Ghent; he is also Spanish and is doing a PhD.

Unfortunately, in the flat where I live here, I’m not allowed to keep pets, so I’d be absolutely delighted to be able to spend my time looking after pets and giving them my love and affection, since I can’t do that with my own pets who live far away in Spain. 

I could take your pet for a long walk of at least half an hour or take it to a park to play fetch. I can also stop by to feed your pets if you're on vacation and stay for a while so they don't feel alone while you're away. In these cases, I like to stop by your house first, a few days ahead of time, so I can get to know your pet while you're there, and so that they can get to know me and feel more comfortable the next time they see me. Once I get started on my work, I like to send photos and keep you updated on our adventures at all times so you can rest easy. Every animal has a very different personality, so before visiting your pets, I'll need to know more details to adapt as best as possible.
