Hello! I’m Gizem. I love animals with all my heart (maybe more than people:))). I truly believe they possess a pure love and the biggest hearts, and my connection with them has always been incredibly strong. I am originally from Turkey, where I raised two cats. When I moved here, I couldn't bear to leave my furry friends behind, so I brought one of them along with me! Recently, I lost my old friend, and being a pet sitter is even more precious to have a connection with other cuties. ✨

I have a natural, deep communication style with both dogs and cats, though cats hold a very special place in my life. In fact, I am often called a "cat whisperer"—even owners of incredibly shy or anxious cats are frequently surprised by how quickly their pets approach me and warm up to my energy! 

My experience isn't limited to cats, though. During my college years, I spent my free time volunteering at local animal shelters, walking and caring for shelter dogs of various sizes and temperaments.

I deeply understand that every single dog and cat has their own unique personality, charms and boundaries. All my years of experience allow me to read their body language, respect their space, and anticipate their needs. Whether your pet needs high-energy playtime, a long walk, or just a calm, patient presence to sit nearby, I am here to provide the precise attention, safety, and affection they deserve.

Because I was the proud parent of a sweet senior cat, I am highly experienced in the specialized attentiveness that older animals require. I am completely comfortable and experienced with administering different kinds of medications—whether it’s mixing treatments into food, giving oral drops, or carefully administering pills. You can travel with total peace of mind knowing that your pet's strict medical routines and health needs will be precisely met.
