Hi! I love animals, all kinds, always had pets and honestly can’t imagine my house without one. I have two cats, they’re super chill and get along really well with other animals so that’s never been an issue. I’ve been looking after dogs for over two years now so I do have real experience with it, big and small, calm ones and high energy ones too like puppies or beagles. I take them out three times a day and honestly love giving them long walks whenever I can, it’s one of my favorite things tbh. I’ve also looked after multiple dogs at the same time, I can walk them together no problem or separately if that works better for them. On weekdays they’re only alone during my work hours (9-3), and on weekends I’m free all day for excursions and just hanging out together. A typical day: I feed them and take them for a walk in the morning before work, another walk when I get back, then playtime and cuddles at home, dinner, and one last walk after that before bed. I’m used to following specific routines or training instructions from owners, and I have experience with puppies too. I’ve also looked after dogs with special needs and given medication when needed, so if your pet needs a bit of extra care that’s not a problem for me. I’ve never actually had an emergency come up, but I have a vet nearby I trust just in case. My flat doesn’t have a terrace but there’s a small balcony that’s pet-proofed with a safety net, so it’s totally secure, no risk of anyone getting out. It’s a calm, safe space for pets to relax in. I know leaving your pet with someone new can feel like a big deal, so I like to do a quick meet up first, just so my cats and your pet can meet and everyone’s comfortable before we confirm anything. Pretty much the only condition I have but I think it matters. After that your pet will be treated like family here, lots of love and attention, this isn’t just a job for me, I genuinely enjoy having them around.
