"Gisela and her son were wonderful. It was the first time for my two rescue dogs to stay with someone they’d never met in a new place but they had such a good time. Gisela is very sweet and loving with the dogs. She is also really relaxed and a great communicator. Would definitely recommend. "

"De communicatie met Lieve verliep meteen heel makkelijk. Ze stelde ook zelf voor om op voorhand met de hond kennis te maken, wat ik fijn vond. We kregen regelmatig nieuws en foto's, Lieve was heel betrokken. Een hele goede oppas!"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better family to care for our dog, Cooper. From the moment we met them, it was clear that they genuinely love animals, and they treated Cooper as if he were part of their own family.
Throughout his stay, we had complete peace of mind knowing he was in such caring, responsible, and attentive hands. Cooper came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved, which says everything about the wonderful care he received.
Their communication was excellent, and it was so reassuring to know he was safe, comfortable, and having a great time. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness and dedication they showed him.

"Onze labrador Fella heeft een heel fijne vakantie gehad bij Kathleen. Elke dag keken we uit naar de foto's die ze ons toestuurde. Het is zo geruststellend als baasje dat je ziet dat je hond zo goed verzorgd wordt, dat je ziet aan haar houding op de foto"s dat ze zich erg op haar gemak voelt. Zelfs medicatie geven en de noodzakelijke dagelijkse reiniging van Fella haar oren, heeft Kathleen perfect gedaan. Ook haar eigen labradors zijn schatten van honden, zo lief, aanhankelijk en zo liefdevol opgevoed. Zowel wij als Fella kunnen ons geen betere hondenoppas voorstellen en hopen dat we nog vaak naar Kathleen mogen gaan als we een hondenopvang nodig hebben."

"Onze 2 hondjes werden onlangs voor de 2e keer opgevangen door Rita en Hugo. Deze keer bleven ze er voor 18 dagen.
Net zoals vorige keer werden ze in de watten gelegd en verwend met vele wandelingetjes, aangepast aan de noden van elk van beiden. Wat extra wandelingen voor onze jongere, actieve hond en wat rustigere voor onze oudere hond van 13 jaar.
Vlotte communicatie en op tijd en stond een aantal fotootjes van onze 2 lieverds.
We zijn opnieuw met een gerust hart op verlof kunnen gaan.

"Sophie was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of Gustave and treated him with so much love and affection. Every day she sent me photos and updates, which gave me complete peace of mind while i was away.

I cannot recommend Athena and Felix highly enough. They looked after our dog Dolly for a week while we were on holiday, and it was, without question, the best care she has ever received.
From the moment I left, I felt completely at ease. They sent me updates constantly - photos and messages that let me see just how happy and loved Dolly was every single day. She was taken on regular walks, showered with affection, and even given thoughtful gifts when they dropped her back home. That small touch says everything about the kind of angels they are.
I’ve used pet carers before, but nothing has ever come close to this level of genuine warmth and dedication. Athena and Felix don’t just look after animals - they care for them as though they were their own. Dolly adored them, and honestly, so did we.
It’s bittersweet knowing they’re moving on to focus on their studies, but I couldn’t be happier for them. They deserve every success in whatever comes next. If they’re ever back in the area, Dolly will be waiting with a very enthusiastic welcome - she has plenty of kisses and hugs saved up for them.
