Hi! I’m Shirin, a Master's student living in Maastricht and a lifelong car lover. Back home, I have an 8 year old Persian cat named Lucy, who currently lives with my cousin while I’m here. I really miss having a cat around, which is one of the reasons I live the idea of caring for other people's cats and I care a lot about making sure other cats feel safe, calm, and well looked after while their owners are away.

I currently offer 3 types of services in Maastricht:

One Home Visit per Day
I’ll feed your cat, refresh water, clean the litter box, and spend some time with them depending on their personality, whether that’s play, cuddles, or quiet company. I always make sure everything looks fine before I leave, and I’ll send you an update with photos after each visit.

Two Home Visits per Day
This option is for cats who need a bit more attention or routine check-ins. Same care as above, with two daily visits arranged flexibly based on your cat’s routine and your preferences.

House Sitting
With house sitting, I stay in your home and keep your cat company while maintaining their usual routine. This is ideal for cats who enjoy having someone around or get anxious when left alone. I’m usually studying during the day, so I can work quietly from home while being present for your cat. Of course, I’ll make sure they get attention, care, and consistency throughout the day, plus daily updates and photos for you.

I adapt to each cat’s personality. Some warm up quickly and want to play, others need patience and space first. Either way, I always let the cat set the pace and focus on building trust.

While I’m new to professional pet sitting, I’ve spent years caring for my own cat and understand how important routine, patience, trust and attention are for them.

Having cared for Lucy for many years, I am particularly familiar with long-haired cats and basic coat maintenance, including gentle brushing if your cat enjoys it.
