Hey Dear Dog Owner!

My name is Franka and I'm a 21 year old second-year Psychology student. I have a 2 year old poodle back at home, who is living with my parents, therefore I unfortunately can't see her as often anymore, ever since starting my studies here in Maastricht. I really enjoy spending time with her and animals in general, therefore I had the idea to combine that with offering my help on here.

I am used to walking and taking care of different kinds of dogs, since we had another dog before Camilla, which was a Kromforländer. Also, back at home I often met up with my friends, to go on joined walks, with my dog and their dogs. Herr in Maastricht I used to walk my neighbors dog, who is a Mastiff. All of these dogs have a very different personality, mine for example is very easily scared so it is important to pay close attention to details that might scare her, to be prepared for a possible reaction. In general I think it is important to notice these differences in personality, to make sure to be safe on walks.

I also had Camilla living with me over multiple period of time before. Whenever my parents go on vacation or have to be somewhere, where they can't take her, she stays with me, which always works out great and is fun for both of us ;)

Besides the dog passion I like being outside in general, I enjoy walks and spending time at parks or near the water, preferably with my friends, my boyfriend or my family. I love having coffee and tea, therefore I often meet up with friends in one of the many great Cafés here in Maastricht.
