"Mathilde was a life saver! We went on a safari trip and from day 1 we lost internet due to issues in the country and we were completely in-communicated the entire trip! We were able to communicate with Mathilde few times by sms and she kept us informed about our 2 senior cats. When we were supposed to return home, our flight got cancelled due to civil unrest in the country and we had no idea when or how we would get back home 😵💫 but Mathilde was super flexible and supportive, she made us feel super calm and reassured that our cats were in good hands. When we finally got back, we received all the daily pictures and updates she contained to send to us even if she knew we had no internet. When we got home, our two senior cats were doing great 🤎🩶 we couldn’t be happier with Mathilde! "

"Chenhua came twice daily to our place to take care of our adopted cat when we were abroad and she did more than we could have wished for. Apart from feeding and taking care of her litterbox she spent Lots of time petting her as we were worried she would get lonely. Chenhua sent videos and daily updates consistently and did a wonderful job at making our cat happy and making us worry-free. She is also an honest person and communicates clearly.
I strongly recommend Chenhua as a trusted caretaker for your pet. "

"Valentina is a great person!
She treated my dog with care. They were connected from the beginning. She was professional in every aspect of our short relationship: communication/ meeting/ timing and above all she followed with discipline the instructions I gave and the routine of the dog.

"Ana was absolutely wonderful with my 3 cats. She is so attentive, warm and gave them attention and cuddles. I am glad I found her as she respected all my indications precisely, she send me a lot of photos and videos, details about the situation with my little family, she respected the schedules and really spent quality time with all 3.. I will definitely contact her again as my 🐾🐾 were in kind and attentive hands with Ana. But the most surprising was that Marco , who is a traumatised and very afraid cat since I have found him , he approached her and even asked for cuddles which is a record, absolutely surprising for me. This means that she was able to make him feel safe and confortable.
I highly recommend Ana, as she was an enthusiastic and very sweet guardian for my 3 cats . I am fully satisfied with her assistance and help and with the communication. I guess that 3 cats aren't easy , some other guardians refused my offert, but she was absolutely perfect in her service.

"Laetitia is honestly the best cat-sitter I've ever had - and I've tried several! She took excellent care of my two cats, and was extremely reactive and communicative. She even went to the petshop for me when I hadn't left enough food. I recommend Laetitia highly!"

"Nicole looked after my cat with exceptional attention, making sure all routines, food, water, and litter were perfectly taken care of.
She took time to play, cuddle, and observe my cats individual personality adjusting to their needs so they always felt safe and secure.
Communication was clear and prompt from the first message to the end of the booking, which made organising everything effortless.
Nicole sent regular updates with photos and messages after visits, so I always knew how my cat was doing and could enjoy my time away without worry.

"Shade took great care of the cats (and the house plants), coming over twice a day, to give them their food and medicines, always spending some time playing with them. They took up to her immediately.
Communication was easy and constant, as was meeting her for the first time and taking care of the practicalities of the pet sitting.
All in all, super recommended and, for sure, I will book again in the future!!

"J’ai fait appel à hanane pour s’occuper de mes chats pendant mes vacances et tout s’est parfaitement bien passé ! Elle est très gentille, sérieuse et digne de confiance. En plus de bien s’occuper d’eux, elle a pris l’initiative de sortir mes poubelles et de me ramener des pâtés quand elle a vu que j’étais à court — vraiment attentionnée !
