"Wij vonden het heel fijn en geruststellend dat Isabelle op onze katjes wou passen. Onze katten zijn over het algemeen eerder bang, maar dankzij Isabelle kwam het allemaal goed. Je merkt dat Isabelle een hart voor dieren heeft en ze zorgt er ook echt voor dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is. De communicatie was ook top: we kregen foto's, filmpjes en updates waaruit heel duidelijk werd dat onze katjes in goede handen waren bij haar! Isabelle gaat echt tot het uiterste om je katjes zo goed mogelijk te verzorgen."

She was kind, communicative, and clearly knowledgeable about rabbit care. She followed my instructions perfectly and provided daily updates, which gave me real peace of mind and allowed me to truly enjoy my vacation. On one particularly hot day, she even went above and beyond by stopping by an extra time to ensure the bunnies were coping well with the heat. "At a last minute we were looking for someone to come take care of our cat and dog for a full week while we were on vacation, because our regular dog walker could not. We had a chance to meet before we left and it clicked between her and our dog.
She gave us regular updates every day, took good care of them, walked the dog and had quality time with them. She was conscientious about our requests and wasn't shy asking questions so she could give the best care she could. Our dog loves her to bits and we'll be sure to ask her services again!"

I think my cat loves her now more than me.
My cat is difficult because she is very shy and doesn't trust anyone.
For Isabelle, it took just a week to earn her trust. The cat was taken care of very well. She was fed, petted, and entertained. I had extended reports every day about the cat and the birds. I could see that Isabelle really loves animals, enjoys what she is doing, and approaches each of them according to their needs. Isabelle is very patient attentive and understanding. Thanks so much! "I was very stressed about leaving my two cats with a cat sitter for several days because it was the first time I had left them alone to go on vacation, but Lilia is such a lovely person and reassured me right from the start! "Kaat is echt een top dierenoppas. Het is altijd spannend om onze hond thuis achter te laten, maar met Kaat voelen we ons volledig op ons gemak. Ze is heel vriendelijk, opmerkzaam, nauwgezet en betrouwbaar. Het was een hele geruststelling wetende dat onze hond verzorgd werd door iemand die dit met zo een grote passie en liefde voor dieren doet.
Wat we ook enorm apprecieerden waren de gedetailleerde updates met foto’s en video’s. De communicatie was top en geen enkele vraag of instructie was te veel. Naast veel aandacht en geduld bij de medische zorgen werd er ook met veel zorg omgegaan met ons huis.
Dankjewel Kaat! We kunnen ons geen betere dierenoppas wensen en raden je aan iedereen van harte aan! 🌟"
