"It is hard to find a sitter that puts nervous and anxious cats with strangers at ease.
My cats were calm and happy to see Hannelore. She had patience to win the my nervous cat over and followed all instructions to keep them both in their routine and therefore reassuring them. When she had a question or saw something she let me know also.
Also the massive spam of videos of the cats is very reassuring when on holiday and put me at ease. I didn't worry about my cats during my holiday (which in the past I always did).
Will definitely use Hannelore again in the future and I 100% recommend her. My two cats recommend her also 🐈🐈⬛

"We zijn heel blij met de aanwezigheid van Freya tijdens onze vakanties. Onze dieren (katten, kippen, vissen) worden zeer goed verzorgd en Freya is er zelfs in geslaagd onze 2 mensenschuwe katers meermaals te aaien, dus dat zegt voor mij voldoende. We worden ook steeds op de hoogte gehouden via filmpjes of foto's, dus met andere woorden: Freya is hier steeds welkom."
