"Lotte heeft super goed op onze onzekere hond Oliver gepast. Hij was heel snel op zijn gemak bij haar, en ondanks zijn reactiviteit vond ze het geen probleem om met hem te gaan wandelen. We kregen met andere woorden een gelukkige hond terug. Onze kat (met handleiding) was ook thuis aanwezig en ook zij heeft duidelijk de nodige knuffels gekregen. Communicatie ging ook erg vlot en vriendelijk. Dankjewel Lotte, wij vragen je zeker opnieuw! "
