"Victoria looked after our two cats for the first time while we were away for a week. She was very responsive, keeping us updated daily via WhatsApp with photos and messages, which gave us peace of mind. She took excellent care of our cats - groomed them, spent time playing with them and giving them attention. Her responsible and caring approach allowed us to enjoy our holiday without any worries. "We zijn heel blij met de aanwezigheid van Freya tijdens onze vakanties. Onze dieren (katten, kippen, vissen) worden zeer goed verzorgd en Freya is er zelfs in geslaagd onze 2 mensenschuwe katers meermaals te aaien, dus dat zegt voor mij voldoende. "It is hard to find a sitter that puts nervous and anxious cats with strangers at ease.
My cats were calm and happy to see Hannelore. She had patience to win the my nervous cat over and followed all instructions to keep them both in their routine and therefore reassuring them. When she had a question or saw something she let me know also.
Also the massive spam of videos of the cats is very reassuring when on holiday and put me at ease. I didn't worry about my cats during my holiday (which in the past I always did).
Will definitely use Hannelore again in the future and I 100% recommend her. My two cats recommend her also 🐈🐈⬛

"Tijdens onze vakantie heeft Adelyna dagelijks met veel zorg en toewijding gezorgd voor onze drie katten: Polleke, Rafke en Yoko en dat is ons (en hen!) ontzettend goed bevallen.
Als dierenartsassistente beschikt ze niet alleen over de juiste kennis en ervaring, maar het was vooral haar warme en geduldige aanpak die ons opviel, dit van bij de eerste kennismaking. Ze had meteen een goede klik met alle drie – zelfs met de wat meer terughoudende Yoko en Rafke.
We kregen elke dag een update - met foto’s en een filmpje, wat erg fijn en geruststellend was. Het was duidelijk dat ze onze katten niet gewoon “verzorgde”, maar hen ook échte aandacht en affectie gaf. Ze namen hun vertrouwde ritme weer snel op toen we thuiskwamen, wat voor ons het beste bewijs was dat ze zich veilig en goed gevoeld hebben.
Kortom: Adelyna is betrouwbaar, betrokken en heeft een groot hart voor dieren. Wij zouden haar zonder aarzeling opnieuw inschakelen en raden haar met volle overtuiging aan!

"This is the second time we've booked with Veronica. She took care of our 3 cats so well! They had their routine feeding time in a clean environment, and got cuddles and play time too. We got daily pictures and videos so our minds were at ease while we were on holidays. If there were any possible concerns at all with our older cat's health, it was communicated to us immediately, which we really appreciated. It was a smooth process from start to finish. We have absolutely no complaints at all, and we can only keep raving about Veronica. We'll definitely book her again! "
