"Door Syra en haar dochters hebben wij kunnen genieten van een zorgeloze vakantie. Iedere dag hebben we 2 updates gekregen met foto’s en video’s. Ons huisje werd daarbij ook geweldig achtergelaten, zeer netjes en proper. Duidelijke communicatie en goede afspraken, echt super! "Roma was easy to contact, sent photos of the cat regularly. Spent time playing and interacting with him. When we came back, the house was there, the cat was there and all was in good shape. "Lotte heeft super goed op onze onzekere hond Oliver gepast. Hij was heel snel op zijn gemak bij haar, en ondanks zijn reactiviteit vond ze het geen probleem om met hem te gaan wandelen. We kregen met andere woorden een gelukkige hond terug. Onze kat (met handleiding) was ook thuis aanwezig en ook zij heeft duidelijk de nodige knuffels gekregen. Communicatie ging ook erg vlot en vriendelijk. Dankjewel Lotte, wij vragen je zeker opnieuw! "

"Glória is clearly an animal lover - patient, gentle, and genuinely excited to spend time with our (initially very shy) cat. She respected our cat’s boundaries, let her approach at her own pace, and by the second visit they were already playing together.
Communication was spotless: every visit came with quick updates, photos, and a little note about how our cat was doing. When we unexpectedly ran low on food, she offered to pick some up on her way without hesitation, and she even tidied the litter box and surrounding area on her own initiative.
Friendly, responsive, and super proactive - everything you’d hope for in a sitter. We’ll absolutely book Glória & Miguel again and recommend them to anyone who wants total peace of mind while they’re away.❤️"
