Hello!

My name is Meara, and I have always loved all animals, especially dogs. I grew up in America (Boston area) in a dog-loving family, surrounded by big dogs: labrador retrievers, golden retrievers, any type of retriever :) I also have experience with small dogs, having dog-sitted for a yorkshire terrier and having spent lots of time with breeds like French bulldogs, King Charles Spaniels, Beagles and more.

In general, it doesn't matter the size or breed of dog, I love them all :) When I am walking down the streets of Brussels, my day is immediately made when I see a dog. Growing up, my family had a yellow labrador retriever named Bailey who I miss dearly. Since then, I have not owned a dog myself but love spending time with friends' dogs and my sister's French bulldog, Edgar Degas. I believe dogs really enrich everyone's life and are truly our best friends.

I'm starting a profile on this site as I not only love dogs and am really eager to be around them/care for them, but I am also a fully remote worker and could use the company! I have a lot of flexibility thanks to my remote lifestyle, too. I am available mainly for dog sitting at my home (daycare) or boarding, and I live with my partner Paul who also loves dogs and would be happy to help care for them. We're both in our 30s and have been living and working in Brussels for around 6 years.
